These general conditions of sale (CGV) apply to all orders placed on the site www.savondor.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by Savon d'Or (hereinafter "the Company") ), whose head office is located Rue Thomas Edison 45100, registered with the Orléans RCS under number 830 868 923 Orléans RCS, with Siret 83086892300038.
The Customer formally declares that he is an individual, a natural person, not a professional or a trader, that he is an adult or holds parental authorization and that he has full legal capacity to contract and place an order in online on the site www.savondor.com .
The Customer and Savon d'Or agree that their relations are governed exclusively by these General Conditions of Sale. In this regard, the Customer acknowledges that any order validated by "double click" implies irrevocable adherence to these General Conditions of Sale. This validation of the Customer, associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure as well as the protection of the integrity of the messages, constitutes the manifestation of the unequivocal will of the Parties, thus deemed to be signatories of the act of sale. from a distance.
The General Terms and Conditions in force on the day the order is placed are those posted online on the site on that date, the date posted online being the date of entry into force.

1. Object
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by the Company on the Site.
2. Acceptance of conditions
The Customer declares to have read these General Terms and Conditions and to have accepted them before placing their order. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
3. Site information and accessibility
www.savondor.com is an e-commerce site owned and managed by Savon d'Or. The Site is open to all users of the Internet network, in principle accessible 24/7, except interruption, scheduled or not, for maintenance needs or in the event of force majeure. Savon d'Or cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from unavailability of the Site. Savon d'Or does not guarantee that the Site will be free of anomalies, errors or bugs, nor that the Site will operate without breakdown or interruption.
4. Registration on the site
To place an order, the Customer must first register on the Site by creating an account (the “Account”). The registration is validated by Savon d'Or after verification of the form completed by the Customer, who then receives a confirmation email. The Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data provided and update it in the event of change. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Savon d'Or cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products.
By registering, the Customer declares and guarantees Savon d'Or that he or she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Savon d'Or may delete the Customer's Account at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
5. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site on the day of the consultation, while stocks last. Savon d'Or takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the Customer's information. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the Site, which will be corrected quickly.
All products are checked before sending. It is impossible for the Customer to receive a product previously returned by another customer, because Savon d'Or does not resale returned soaps.
Our products are made by hand and in the traditional way using ancient methods. The process of drying in the open air for several years is part of the normal production of authentic Aleppo soap. It is recommended to wash the soap with water before first use to remove the fine layer of dust accumulated during drying. Micromaterials may become encrusted during manufacturing, which is normal for a soap made in an artisanal manner.
6. Price
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order by the customer. The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the customer.
7. Order
Taking an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Savon d'Or, comprising successive stages leading to validation of the Order. The Customer can select as many Products as he wishes, which will be added to the basket (the “Basket”). The Basket summarizes the Products chosen by the Customer as well as the prices and related costs. The Customer can modify the Basket before validation of their Order. Validation of the Order constitutes confirmation of the Customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the Products purchased, their price as well as the associated costs.
Savon d'Or reserves the right to withdraw at any time any Product displayed on the Site and to replace or modify any content or information appearing on the latter. Despite Savon d'Or's best efforts to meet the expectations of its customers, it may be necessary for the latter to refuse to process an order after having sent the Customer the confirmation email summarizing the Order. Savon d'Or cannot be held responsible towards the Customer or a third party due to the decision to remove a Product from the Site, to replace or modify any content or information appearing on this Site, or for the refusal to process an Order after the sending the confirmation email summarizing the Order.
8. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can pay for their order by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the Site. Payments made by the Customer will only be considered final after actual receipt of the sums due. Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) for Europe. Savon d'Or reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
9. Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The Company undertakes to deliver the products within the deadlines indicated when placing the order. In the event of late delivery, the Customer may cancel the order under the conditions provided for by law. In the event of damage during transport, the Customer must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note.
Deliveries are ensured by the services of Colissimo/Chronopost or other carrier, from Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating their Order. Delivery means the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the Products (the “Delivery”). When Savon d'Or takes care of the delivery of the Product, the risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Customer at the time of Delivery. As an exception, the risk is transferred to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier when the latter is responsible for transport by the Customer and not by Savon d'Or.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, which must be the residence address of the Customer, a natural person of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes. If it is impossible to carry out the Delivery, the carrier will endeavor to find a secure place to deposit the Product. Failing this, the Product is returned to the Savon d'Or warehouse. The carrier also leaves a notice at the delivery address indicating the location of the Product and the procedure to follow to make a new Delivery. The Customer can contact the carrier to organize Delivery at a later date.
Savon d'Or delivers Orders within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) working days for Delivery in Metropolitan France, this period being counted from the day after validation of the Order. The day after a new product is put online, the Delivery time may be increased by 10 (ten) days, given the volume of Orders.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, codes of access, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). Savon d'Or cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery which is not its fault or justified by a case of force majeure. Savon d'Or cannot be held responsible for any harmful consequences resulting from a delay in delivery.
10. Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalty. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The product must be returned in its original and complete condition.
11. After-Sales Service (After-Sales Service)
Apart from the commercial or legal guarantee, the Customer always has the possibility of contacting Savon d'Or Customer Service to answer questions relating to the use of a product, its maintenance methods or the ordering of a product. 12. Liability
The Company cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Furthermore, Savon d'Or cannot be held responsible in the event that the order does not succeed or if it is prevented from respecting any of its obligations due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of case law, and in particular in the event of bad weather preventing delivery of the order.
13. Personal data
The Company undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer, which he may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. 14. Intellectual property
All elements of the site, whether visual or audio, including the brand, logo, texts, photos, videos and domain name, are protected by copyright, trademark law or patents. The publisher of the site holds an exclusive license and exploitation contract granted by their owner. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use is authorized, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.
Any total or partial reproduction of the site or any of its audio, visual or text content is strictly prohibited without express prior written agreement.
15. Dispute resolution
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will favor an amicable settlement before any legal action. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
